Photo Verification
For any items damaged during transit, please include high-resolution photos of the packaging and the product to expedite your replacement or refund.
Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping address for our quality control warehouse.
Final Processing
After we receive and inspect your unopened return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
