How long are your products aged in barrels?
Each batch of our signature sauces and syrups is aged for a minimum of 90 days in authentic charred oak barrels to ensure maximum flavor extraction and depth.
Are Barrel Mafia products gluten-free and vegan?
Most of our products are gluten-free and vegan-friendly. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for detailed allergen information.
What is the shelf life of your products after opening?
Once opened, we recommend refrigerating our products and consuming them within 6 months to maintain peak freshness and flavor profile.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring the Barrel Mafia experience to more countries in the near future.
