Part of the Extinct Blends Quartet, Delos is crafted from malt whiskies sourced from Glen Elgin, Imperial, and Miltonduff distilleries, all matured in American oak barrels, complemented by lush and fragrant grain whisky. Bottled at 49% ABV, it offers a sweet and succulent nose with soft waves of ripe pear, pineapple, orange oil, and vanilla cream. The palate reveals a medley of fruit tarts and white chocolate, with the maturity of the component whiskies gradually unveiling notes of guava, heather honey, and chai spices, leading to a harmonious and lingering finish.
