This exceptional añejo is the creation of Master Distiller Enrique Fonseca at Casa Tequileña in Jalisco, Mexico. The tequila is aged using a unique process: 60% of the spirit matures for two years in French oak barrels, while the remaining 40% ages for three years in French oak. After this initial aging, the two parts are blended and undergo an additional year of maturation in American white oak barrels, resulting in unparalleled complexity and depth.
